What does pre-ordering mean?

Pre-ordering means that we custom make our products for you in order to ensure that nothing is wasted and that you get exactly what you want when it comes to sizes, colours and specific models.

How do I pre-order?

Look for items marked ‘PRE-ORDER’ and simply add the styles, colours and sizes you love to your Shopping Bag and proceed to the Checkout as usual.

Why do I have to pre-order a minimum of 6 items?

Because of production settings it’s not possible to order only 1 product. You’ll have to order a minimum of 6 items. However, it is possible to order 6 items of the same product in different sizes. For instance you can order VANESSA 6400 two times in size 32, two times in 36 and 2 times in 38.

When will my pre-order arrive?

As soon as your pre-ordered pieces have been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details, so you’ll know when to expect them.

How to track your order

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period while your items will be processed and dispatched through FedEx.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.

Returning or cancelling a pre-order

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your order within 28 days of receipt. Simply sign into your account to request a return or contact our Customer Care team for assistance on +31 20 640.44.44.

If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order items, we will let you know as soon as possible and issue you a refund. If you have ordered other items, we will still send them to you.
